About the event
A yoga flow tailored for athletes integrates elements of flexibility, strength, balance, and breath control to optimize physical performance and prevent injuries. Throughout the yoga flow, athletes will be encouraged to focus on their breath, maintaining steady and controlled breathing to enhance relaxation and improve oxygen flow to the muscles.
Mindfulness and body awareness will be emphasized to encourage athletes to listen to their bodies and modify poses as needed to accommodate any injuries or limitations.
Led by RYT 200 Instructor, Nikisha Gordon
